Chilantic's Concentrated Clam Juice comes from the tender Atlantic Surf Clam harvested along the East Coast waters. Our label is completely all-natural with no added ingredients or chemicals such as MSG, HVP, or I+G, and serves as a clean, simple cost control tool and eliminates the need for other expensive bases.  This clam base can drastically enhance flavor of any stock as well as other product applications and recipes while maintaining a consistent flavor profile. Our product is bacteria tested and is also completely free of sand, shell, or any other foreign materials.
