Clam Strips

Chilantic Clam Strips are harvested and shucked at sea and brought back to our facility in Virginia where they are closely inspected and washed. Our clam strips come from the Atlantic Surf Clam; a type of clam regarded for its excellent flavor and tenderness. After being uniformly sliced, our clams are then soaked in our own formulated natural clam broth, instead of water, for a premium flavor. They are then packaged into institutional 5 lb. pillow pack pouches and blast frozen for easy and convenient storing and defrosting.

Chilantic's clams are sourced only from federal government approved waters. Thanks to a rigorous cleaning process and tightly controlled fishing areas, our pack is free from sand, shell, starfish, sponges and other foreign material. Consisting of only quality clams, our clam strips are the most tender and cleanest available. Perfectly and generously sliced every time and packed in clam juice for a robust flavor, Chilantic Clam Strips are a true, premium product.
