Chilantic Clam Strips are sourced from clams that are harvested and shucked at sea off the Northeastern Atlantic Coast and then are brought back to our facilities for processing. Upon arrival, they are carefully inspected, washed, stripped, and packaged in our signature clam broth, not water, for a robust flavor. They are then blast frozen before being packed into our Chilantic, easy-to-handle cartons. Our clam strips are of the Atlantic Surf Clam; a type of clam regarded for its excellent flavor and tenderness. Additionally, we slice our clams for a thicker, wider cut making this is a true premium product.


Our 5 lb. institutional pillow pack is perfect for restaurant kitchens and fry houses. It's easy to handle with a slim profile and is able to be quickly defrosted on trays or in water thanks to its thin poly bag packaging.

Chilantic Clam Strips produce very well in the fryer. Our strips only take 30-45 seconds to cook at 375 in a commercial fryer to produce a light, golden brown look.
