We harvest and source fresh clams, oysters and soft shell crabs (when in season) from our waterfront property in Virginia that overlooks the Chesapeake Bay. Once passing through quality control protocols, our shellfish get sent into production, where they are packaged and prepared for shipment on refrigerated and reefer trucks. Because of our convenient location and setup, we control everything from harvesting to shipping, right here at our plant. As a result, we are able to guarantee our final products to be fresh and fresh-frozen upon arrival.
Although we are located in the Mid-Atlantic region, our distribution channel stretches all of the way to the west coast. We ship all over the country and have the network and resources to service the contingent United States. Additionally, we provide both retail and foodservice packs for any target market. So, no matter your location or where you fall on the supply chain - from foodservice to retail - we've got you covered.
We always pledge to provide an honest and quality finished product that is safe and suitable for consumption and use for the end user. From harvesting and sourcing from federally approved areas to time and temperature tracking in our plant until the time of shipment, we keep track of it every step of the way. Our operation, procedures, and personnel ensure this happens day after day, order after order.
When the business first formed, the goal was to develop relationships with customers backed by dependable, quality seafood and service that delivers with every shipment.
