Harvesting & Production
We source and harvest fresh clams, oysters, hard crabs and soft shell crabs from our waterfront location in Virginia that overlooks the Chesapeake Bay. After passing through quality control protocols, our shellfish get sent into production for processing, and then are packaged and prepared for shipment on refrigerated and reefer trucks. Because of our convenient location and setup, we control everything from harvesting to shipping, right here, at our plant.
Shipping & Distribution
Although we are located in the Mid-Atlantic region, our distribution channel stretches all of the way out to the west coast. We ship all over the country and have the network and resources to service the continental United States. Additionally, we provide both, foodservice and retail packs, to accommodate any market. So, no matter your location, or where you fall in the supply chain, we've got you covered.
